The exhibition presents works by Pierre Brisson focused on La Fontaine Park and divided into two parts. First, “The park in all its states” shows the impressions of the park over the days, according to the seasons, manned by random people. The second part, “The people of the Carolinas”, is a tribute to these monumental trees are the poplars of Carolina of which there are barely more than 20 individuals in the park, threatened with extinction. This section will be enriched by a showcase of texts and botanical planks produced by the artist and author Roger Latour, passionate about the urban flora and arboreal heritage of Montreal.
